I spent over 10 years in IT operations and team leadership, and somewhere along the way I realised something: the most interesting technology problems are actually people problems. I help small businesses and solo entrepreneurs navigate their IT challenges whilst also figuring out the human side... why decisions feel overwhelming, why teams resist change, why that process everyone hates keeps existing.
Outside of client work, I'm usually exploring photography and design. Both taught me how powerful it is to shift perspective, to frame things differently, and to create something valuable from what's already there.
